We have suppliers and artisans from all over the USA.

Products shipped within the USA might take from 1-5 business days to process and up to 2 weeks to deliver, depending on the products as some as custom-made, this can be longer currently due to the COVID-19 pandemic.  We work hard to ship as quickly as possible while maintaining the safety of our customers and staff. All handmade items are cleansed, smudged, & crystals are charged before shipping.

Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout under any circumstance.

If you have received an item with defects, please contact our Customer Experience Team at lulusmoonspark@gmail.com within 5 days of receiving your item to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 5 days of receiving the item, it will not qualify for a return/ replacement. Please include a photo of the damage/defect and your order number in your email. We are not responsible for damage to items caused by improper care, washing outside of the manufacturer’s recommended settings, handling, or incorrect sizing.

Lulu's Moon Spark; is not responsible for lost or delayed orders. USPS is responsible once an order is in their possession, and therefore any claims for missing items need to be made with them directly by the receiving party (customer). Lulu's Moon Spark will not make a claim on behalf of the purchaser. If your package shows delivered please wait up to 24 hours to verify delivery before contacting USPS. Unfortunately, we are not responsible for lost or stolen items. once the orders leave our warehouse the package is in the care of USPS. The customer is required to submit a claim directly with USPS and follow their guidelines. Here are the steps with a lost USPS package: The first step is to call USPS with the tracking to see if they can locate it. If they can not then you must fill out a lost package report with USPS. We ship to the United States, US Territories, including Puerto Rico. 

Lulu's Moon Spark; is not responsible for returned items due to incorrect addresses or choosing the wrong product before checkout. If your order arrives back to us as undeliverable, we will refund the whole order, minus shipping fees and minus the commissions paid. If you reach out and wish to have it re-shipped, we charge an additional $9.95 fee to re-ship your items. For Puerto Rico residents the fee will be $10.00. A new product can be shipped after reshipping costs have been paid for. You can contact USPS and see if they can re-route your package. 

The colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, lighting, and screen resolution. Clothing patterns may naturally vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, though the buyer may choose to return the product(s) following the standard return policy in these instances.
