Please note that orders cannot be changed, modified, or canceled after checkout under any circumstance.

SHIPPING POLICY

Shipping is $7.95 on most products except: Custom Screen Printed, Handmade Products: Nana's Moon, Estrella Fiamma, Besoms, for which you will see a Flat Rate Shipping upon checkout. Shipping to Puerto Rico is $12.00. Care to note you might have different shipping fees from our different supplier or artisans. Shipping fees are determined automatically at the time of checkout and cannot (or will not) be refunded as a result of orders having been combined from multiple suppliers. As we ship from multiple warehouses to expedite your order, you may receive multiple tracking #s and multiple packages.

Processing time: Most orders are quickly processed and sent within 1-3 business days (*unless stated otherwise on an item description). However, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be processed. You will receive an email with a tracking number once your item has shipped.
*Custom Screen Printed: Clothing, Charcuterie Boards, Aprons, Tumblers, Mugs, Canvas Tote Bags, orders require a 7-10 day processing time before shipping. These are made to order and do not ship directly from our warehouse. Same goes with our all of our Handmade Products as they are all made to order and require time in the making and to ship them out of around 2-3 weeks.

Lulu's Moon Spark only ships within the U.S (prices for shipping are calculated at checkout)
All U.S. orders ship with USPS and will be hand delivered by your Postal Carrier. We ship out Monday-Friday. Shipping times typically take 3-7 business days once they leave our warehouse packages are NOT insured. Lulu's Moon Spark is not responsible for any item lost or damaged during shipping. Please make sure you enter the correct and valid delivery address for your order. Any returned packages with an incorrect address will be subject to returned shipping fees that we incur from the Post Office.

Please Note: Lulu's Moon Spark is not responsible for packages once they have been delivered to your mailbox or left at your address. Please make sure you are shipping to a secure location. Please contact your local Post Office for any issues with you package once marked "delivered". We do offer Route at check out to insure your order. 

Sales Tax: Your Local State and City Sales Taxes will be applied to all orders.

Upon receipt, please inspect your order immediately. If you believe you have received DEFECTIVE merchandise, you must contact us via email within 3 days of receiving your product so we may address the issue. You must include a photo of the damage/defect product and Order Number with your email.

Exact colors of merchandise may vary due to photography lenses, indoor/outdoor lighting, and computer monitor resolutions. Clothing patterns may also vary. These situations do not qualify as defects, and the buyer will pay return shipping if a return to our warehouse is attempted.

RETURN POLICY

Please carefully review our full Return Policy and the Instructions below before sending your item back.

You can start a return if the item you are wanting to return is due to defects. Please email us directly at lulusmoonspark@gmail.com and include your order number, photo of the defect, and the name of the item(s) you are referencing. 

Items must be unworn, unwashed, and unaltered to be eligible for return. Original tags must be attached (if applicable). All returns must be initiated 3 days of you receiving it per your tracking number, and must be received by our warehouse within 30 days of initiating your return. We will contact you to pay for shipping them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days.


Items that Cannot be Returned:

  • Items appeared worn, with makeup, deodorant or animal hair on them, smelling of cigarette smoke or fragrances, damaged, tags not attached (if applicable) will not be accepted, this includes jewelry.
  • Items received beyond 30 days from the order date will not be accepted.
  • Any items marked as "Final Sale" are not eligible for return.
  • Any Custom made items, such as Screen Printed Clothing, like graphic tops, leggings, aprons, charcuterie boards, mugs, tumblers, canvas tote bags, are not eligible for return.
  • All BOGO Free items are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
  • Mystery Subscription Bags, Kits, and Affiliates Kits are Final Sale and not eligible for return.
  • All Handmade Items: Nana's Moon, Estrella Fiamma (Candles, Apothecary, Intention-Made, Besoms, Bath products or any handmade items, are also Final Sale and not eligible for return.
  • Items discounted 40% or more are also considered Final Sale and are not eligible for return. No exceptions.
  • Gift Cards are not eligible for return. 
  • Crystals & Stones are Final Sale, not eligible for return. 
  • Lashes are also Final Sale and are not eligible for return.
  • Any of our digital products, are not eligible for return as those are immediately sent to your email after purchase. 
  • Clothing, items which you've chosen as incorrect sizing will not be accepted for return as we provide sizing charts for all such products, please choose carefully your sizes.


If you attempt to return any of the items above to our warehouse, we will contact you to pay for shipping them back to you or we will donate them to charity after 30 days. No store credit will be issued.


Store Gift Card:
APPROVED Returns will be credited with an electronic store gift card or discount code for the original purchase price, minus the return shipping fee. We do not offer refunds at this time, unless it is due to manufacture defects Please allow 7-10 business days for your return to be processed once it is received and for your store credit to be issued. You will receive an email confirmation with your store credit discount code once processed.


Shipping Back Your Order:

You can start a return request for us to evaluate via email at lulusmoonspark@gmail.com and include your Order Number and the Name and pictures of the defective item(s) you are returning. Our return address will be provided once your Return/Exchange is approved. 


FAQS

How long does it take to process my return and receive my refund?
Please allow 7-10 Business Days from the date you mail your item(s) back for your return to be delivered and processed. We will send you an email with your store gift card or discount code once your return is processed.

How do I request a return? Please initiate your return via email provided.

Do you offer price adjustments?
Due to our limited quantities and high demand for our products, we cannot offer price adjustments on any items. Returned merchandise will be processed for store credit discount code ONLY.

Do you offer exchanges?
At this time, we do not process exchanges.

We are not responsible for damage to clothing caused by improper care, washing outside of the manufacturer’s recommended settings, handling, or incorrect sizing.
